This holiday rental for 6 people is a local stone house with private swimming pool near Aix-en-Provence.
It is located in a residential area, in the heart of a charming village called Châteauneuf le Rouge in Provence in the Bouches du Rhône department, about 12 km from Aix-en-Provence
You will stay on the first floor of the villa, about 3 km from the village centre.
You can take advantage of the proximity of shops (bakery, butcher's, grocer's, ...) but also close to many activities: tennis, horse riding, golf.
You can combine the pleasures of the city with those of the countryside and the sea (45 km).The nearest towns are : Aix-en-Provence (12 km), Saint Maximin (12 km), Marseille (25 km), and Cassis (45 km).

You will be able to enjoy a swimming pool for private use, fully secured by barriers, with access via a ladder, open from 15 May to the end of September depending on the weather: dimensions (5x10 m) depth 1.60 m, equipped with sun loungers and a play area for children, as well as a boules area.
You can soak up the sun on the private south-facing terrace (25 m²), complete with attractive garden furniture.
The house is accessed via a driveway and an enclosed courtyard for parking vehicles.

This holiday rental with swimming pool, located near Aix-en-Provence, occupies the entire 1st floor of the house, with the owners living on the ground floor.
