The Space:
The apartment is ideal for up to 4 persons.
Tastefully furnished and comfortable for solo, business traveller, and family.
Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, toaster, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine / dryer for your exclusive use.
Apartment is equipped with 5G WIFI, a smart TV, travel adaptor, portable bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, iron & ironing board as well as a fan in each bedroom (in summer) to make your stay a comfortable one.
Nearby outdoor parking space is available for rent at CHF25/day (subject to availability).

You will live very close to the city and find trendy bars and good restaurants of different cuisines as well as museums and nightlife all very close by.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are all within close walking distance.
Getting Around:
The apartment is well connected to the public transport system and walking distance away from both the train and tram stations.
Bahnhofstrasse, one of the world’s most exclusive shopping street, is just 4 tram stops away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note: Apartment is on the third floor (2OG) with NO elevator.
Spacious desks and high speed 5G fiber internet ensures a comfortable “work from home” setup.
Please note that the apartment is located in a prime location in a trendy area and some noise can be expected.
So if you are looking for a very quiet environment, this unit may not be your choice. If you have an early arrival in Zurich, we have the possibility for you to store your luggages in our basement storage facility (which we have rented from the landlord) for the convenience & benefit of our guests.
The cost is CHF25 and you can store your luggages until 17:00 so that you can explore the city handsfree.
Please understand that we are not including the storage cost into the rental and only charging guest who requires it.
Some guests have written a bad review saying that storage should be included… but we do not want to pass this cost on to guests who don’t need the facility and we trust in your understanding. (If you think the storage costs is unwarranted, then please do not rent it).

This property is amazing. Connected within steps of the Swiss train/bus system, making it so easy to get anywhere. The apartment itself is beautiful. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, great washer/dryer combo. Would definitely highly recommend! Owners were always quick to communicate and the whole check in/out process was so smooth.
