Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, einziger Wehrmutstropfen war das Kühlhaus auf der anderen Straßenseite und dessen Brummen. Dies war allerdings bei nur 1 Schlafzimmer zu hören und auch nur bei offenem Fenster.
Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
