All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with wood flooring and access to
private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The
whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room
and access to the loft.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

The air conditioning in the living room is 10 per day, payable directly
to the owner. Pool towels can be arranged for an extra charge of 2
Euros per day, per person, paid directly to the owner. Please request
this before arrival.
Air-Conditioning
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
