Four bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with luxurious memory foam mattresses, while the the two living rooms offer full-sized sofa beds for extra sleepers.

In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver.
We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found.
Guests can choose either option based on their preference. All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation. The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property.
There are no recording devices in private areas of the apartment.
All recordings are deleted after 30 days. If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary. This is a pet-friendly property.
There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee. There are many ways to get around the city.
The building is just a 5-minute walk to the subway station Piata Universitatii, and within a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis.
There are also bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride-hailing services like Uber.
