Finca del Sur, a dream holiday destination, is located in the middle of a nature reserve in the sunny southwest of La Palma.
The individual furnishings of this finca, the beautiful pool, and the overall ambiance will quickly make you a friend of the house.
Finca del Sur was taken over by a new owner in autumn 2024 and has since been extensively renovated.

It is surrounded by approximately 3000 sqm of land with a well-kept garden. The access road to Finca del Sur is perfectly paved, ensuring easy access to the house even on the rare rainy days. Although almost never necessary, a Roman heater (electric heater) is available in the bathroom.
From autumn 2025, a wood-burning stove will also be installed as a heating option in the living room.
Until then, heating is not required anyway. The house is located approx. 300 m above sea level.
The unique view of the Atlantic Ocean and the unforgettable sunsets, which you can enjoy from the house as well as from the pool, are a vacation in themselves. The terrace below the house, nicknamed "Atlantic Cinema" by regular guests, the swing bed, and many other seating areas invite you to linger at the finca. You can also start your hikes directly from the finca.
For example, to the Tenegia volcanoes or to San Antonio, where "Restaurante La Casa Del Volcán" is located.
Or to the southern coast at Faro, with its salt pans, a restaurant, the old lighthouse with a small museum. The fishing village of Puntalaga with two small beach restaurants.
Between Faro and Puntalaga lies the Playa Nueva bathing beach.
