Bedroom - sleeps 2, with King Size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Shower room with bath, overhead shower, wc and basin.
Garden
Garden – private garden area with table and chairs, sun loungers and hot tub.
Parking
Parking will be either available at the front of the owners house or in spaces around the green

Towels and linen are provided - no beach towels.
Wi-Fi access.
Central heating throughout.
WiFi available and suitable for home working.
Hot tub available for guests to use.
There is a hair dryer.
Iron and table top board provided.
There is no washing machine or dryer.

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.

The position of the flat , 2 mins walk from beach was amazing
there was no nonslip mat for inside the bath when showering

Ideally situated for us just next to the golf course so we could walk into Deal and Sandwich.
The hot tub a very nice addition!
Lovely and clean and well appointed. A quiet location as well. Hope to be back next year!
