It is located in a residential area outside the historic centre of Porto but with transport nearby to access the centre, preferably by car, or about 10 minutes away, an area with shops, restaurants, supermarket, all kinds of commerce within a 5-minute walk

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished and within easy reach of the city centre and surrounding areas, with plenty of public transport close by.

A fan is provided for hot summer days, as well as an electric radiator to keep you warm during your stay.


The flat has four bedrooms: two with a double bed each for two people; a bedroom with a single bed for one guest and another bedroom with two single beds (one with a drawer underneath) for two guests, giving it the capacity to accommodate 7 people. There are two bathrooms, one complete and the other service. The house has stairs


The house is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hoover, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional cleaners and are included, in addition to shampoo and shower gel.

Commodities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, napkins are provided for the first few days.


Smoking is only allowed outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff finds evidence of a breach of this rule (e.g. smell of tobacco or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €250 in accordance with current legislation.


Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will apply, with a €90 limit on costs (€35 water + €55 electricity). The difference is charged as an extra. Please note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send you the current counts and do the counts on the day of your check out.


The property access codes are only provided on the day of check in, after we have the flat cleaned and ready for you.


Make sure you have put the correct number of guests on your booking and/or make the request to change to the correct number of guests before your check in. We may refuse your stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than the number on your booking.
