This 200 m² farmhouse is composed as follows

Ground floor: living room with TV, sofa and armchairs, bathroom with shower, single washbasin and WC.

On the first floor, a bedroom with a single bed and a double bed (140x190), a desk for working, and a Wi-Fi connection throughout the house via Starlink. Passing through a small reading room, you reach the fully-equipped kitchen: gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (Senséo and classic filter), kettle, toaster. You'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals and breakfasts. Then there's a second living room with sofas and TV, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings in winter (wood not provided).

On the top floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a queen-size bed (160x200), and a bathroom with bath, WC and double washbasin.

Outside

There are two terraces for al fresco dining, with a gas griddle for grilling. You can also relax on the lovely beach around the pool.



The garden around the house is carefully tended, and the 4 hectares of grounds and woodland provide a soothing natural setting.


Due to the stairs, this house is not accessible to small children or people with reduced mobility.

For added convenience, you can park up to 3 vehicles on the plot. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
