La localisation, forcement.
La maison tres spacieuse.
Un bon jardin donnant sur la plage.
Le petit manque d'equipement et d'entretien de la maison, tres grande mais du coup un peu vide. La porte de garage qui ne fonctionne pas. Une porte fenetre de chambre RDC tres mal reglee. Un volet de salon qui ne s'ouvre pas. Le four qui ne fonctionne pas. Et tout ca ne datait a mon avis pas de la veille, sauf peut-etre le four!
