The property also has environmental sensors to detect smoking, vaping, or excessive noise.

Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture. Refunds: Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations.

Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
