May Cottage is a delightful property in the picturesque village of Middleton One Row. Aptly named after the 'one row' of properties overlooking the village green and the bank of the River Tees, the cottage was built in the 19th century and stands out with the perfect combination of original period features and modern interior.
Newly refurbished to a high standard, the cottage features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and dining area, a family bathroom, a separate WC, and a private patio. Guests have access to the full apartment.
The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is no parking directly outside the house, however there are free parking spaces on the public road opposite the property, plus two private spaces to the rear of the property. The property is located within a residential area and as such, this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Pets: Allowed.

If you fancy eating out, there's a gastropub within walking distance of the house. If you walk straight from the main entrance hallway, at the end of the hall, you will find a WC and the back door with access to the patio.
The backyard is filled with greenery and features a seating area with bistro chairs and a table. Heading to the upper floor, you will find all the bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a desk for work or vanity purposes and a beautiful view of the neighbourhood from the window.
