With unrivalled sea views and balconies facing out toward Whitbyâs West Cliff Beach, Penthouse Pier View is an impressive fourth floor seafront apartment.
Suitably named, the apartment has unrivalled views of Whitbyâs beach, piers, and the boats in the distance.
Renovated to the highest standard, this beautifully styled apartment sleeps three guests across two bedrooms with an open plan lounge/kitchen and boasting two bathrooms/shower rooms making it a perfect choice for coastal getaways. Guests have access to the full apartment.
The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. A parking scratch card can be purchased for your stay which gives you parking in the W zones in Whitby.
Additional free parking can be found nearby, and full details will be sent to you before check in. Please note the apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is no lift in the building.
Guests should also be aware that some of the ceilings in the apartment can be quite low. Please note we do not accept bookings for stag / hen parties. Pets: Not allowed.

The Blue Flag West Cliff beach and promenade is just a short stroll from the apartment and on Pier Road, youâll find fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants where you can sample the catch of the day. The other side of Whitby is full of narrow, medieval streets dotted with boutiques and pubs.
Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary.
You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stokerâs gothic novel âDraculaâ. Step outside of Whitby and youâll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland.
Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so itâs the perfect place for long walks. Penthouse Pier View boasts a stunning navy, shaker style kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering staycations.
Also sharing this space is the dining area which features a solid, stylish wooden table and matching benches.

The cosy living area has two modern sofas and a flat screen TV, and still has a magnificent view out onto the North Sea. After a busy day, you can kick back on the sofa and keep up with your favourite shows on freeview or Netflix. Penthouse Pier View has two beautiful bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room, comfortable king size bed, decked out in plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have the best sleep possible.
