We welcome you to our home from home caravan in clacton on sea. The town is only a 10 minute drive away or a regular bus service going to various locations just outside the park.
There is lovely pub restaurant only a short distance away, supermarket ect. Highfield Grange is undergoing a refurbishment so before easter 2026 this will be completed.
This property has a Electric Fire and Central Heated throughout this property to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Fully equipped kitchen Caravan is situated on a quite part of the park.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too! Only 2 As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a tall fridge freezer, a hob, a gas oven with 4 gas burners a 4 slice toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
Dining area comfortably seating 4. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, wardrobe, hangers and 2 bedside tables, tv In the second bedroom there is 2 single beds, wardrobe, hangers, In the third bedroom there is 2 single beds, wardrobe, hangers There is additional sleeping space in the living room comprising a pull out double sofa bed. There is a walkin shower, toilet and sink There is a second toilet with sink with a cupboard which has the boiler in Linen,and an iron and ironing board are all included.
PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED ! But can be bought from the park office Park is now open.
House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Keysafe box code will be sent at 3pm on day of arrival. - Smoking is not allowed. - Own parking space for 1 car only No parking on the grass _ Additional parking in main car park 1 minute away - Pets are allowed at the property.

The property was clean and included WiFi, Netflix and tea, coffee and sugar. The living area was spacious and accommodated 8 people comfortably. The park itself was peaceful and clean.
There is a shop in the park which is convenient.
Some of the cutlery in the drawer was not clean, the white cups are stained inside and there is mould in the shower cubicle.

Location was fine, resort was fine
My only complaint was that reception told us we need to purchase passes to use the entertainment / bar / restaurant which cost £37.80 for the two of us but no mention was made that dogs were not allowed in the bar even though we had our dog with us in the reception. We were only staying for two nigh...
