The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and family room with king-size and twin beds, along with a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom/utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, and furniture, a front courtyard, and private driveway parking for two cars. Note: EV charging available, must be pre-arranged with the owner and is charged locally at the standard rate. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. The Elm Coach House is a delightful base for a Cotswolds escape. Chipping Norton boasts a popular weekly market, numerous book and antique shops, many cafes, restaurants and pubs serving excellent food and local ales, art galleries, a museum and a thriving theatre. Chipping Norton is surrounded by the pretty limestone villages of the Cotswolds and offers many walks and cycle trails from the town centre, together with a Lido, perfect for a relaxing swim at the end of a busy day. Blenheim Palace, Rousham House and Gardens and numerous National Trust properties are close by, and a little further afield Stratford Upon Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the magnificent university town of Oxford are a real delight.
