Splendid villa with a private pool and garden, set amidst the green countryside on the outskirts of Ostuni, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The villa, surrounded by olive trees, enjoys maximum privacy.
The property consists of two apartments connected to each other.
The first, with access from the veranda on the street side, features a living room with a dining table and sofa, an equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed.
A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The second apartment, connected to the first and accessed via a veranda overlooking the pool, has a small kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a living room with a loft area where an additional double bed is located.
A bathroom with a shower completes the second apartment. The highlight of the property is the large outdoor space, featuring an above-ground pool surrounded by a beautiful, well-kept garden with several sun loungers, a barbecue area, and olive trees. Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
You will find all information related to your booking within the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Ostuni, known worldwide as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle D’Itria.
Its dazzling white historic center, immense, culminates in the Cathedral which impetuously dominates the olive plain, the coastal dune park, and a clear, crystalline sea.
Its characteristic alleys, Piazza della Libertà, and the Column of S.
Oronzo majestically protect the town. Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d’Itria.
A few kilometers away are Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and gastronomy; Cisternino, a village recognized as one of the most beautiful in Italy; and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996.
Approximately 30 km to the north are the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with picturesque historic centers and beautiful beaches.
To the north is Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south, we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi, and finally Lecce, the capital of Baroque.
Moving west is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characterized by its Sassi and a European Capital of Culture in 2019. Brindisi Airport is a 40-minute drive away, while Bari International Airport is 100 km away.
