Holiday rental equidistant from Angers and Saumur, ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for walks in the forest, visits to small and large heritage sites and the zoo of La Flèche. On the ground floor, you will enjoy these different spaces: - A warm living room with fireplace, dining room and a recently fitted kitchen. - a veranda perfectly adapted for your mid-season meals - a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with 1 bed 140, accessible shower room and toilet. - a laundry corridor with the washing machine and household utensils. - A separate toilet Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms: - one with 3 90 cm beds - the other with 1 140 cm bed - and a separate shower room and toilet From the outside or from the veranda, you can access the separate bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed with private shower room and toilet. Under the covered courtyard, young and old alike can play ping-pong.
Outside, a private enclosed space will welcome your moments of relaxation in the summer. The owners offer a WIFI internet connection.
Please note that depending on the telephone operators, access to the mobile network is very weak. Air-conditioned cottage depending on the season. Baby equipment: high chair and cot Heating is included with the exception of wood for the fireplace (€50.00 / cubic meter) and the rental of sheets, towels and cleaning services are offered as an option. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 95.74 € per stay . Sheet for small bed : 15.96 € per stay . Sheets : 15.96 € per stay . Hôte réactive et compréhensive. Maison spacieuse et confortable. Seul bémol, la forte odeur de tabac froid, mais qui est peut-être due à l’irrespect des hôtes précédents ?…

Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison, maison avec de bonnes ondes positives, lieu de vie super ; une maison ou l'on manque de rien...cette ferme reflète "La famille" ou il fait bon faire un séjour paisible au calme. Merci pour votre gentillesse ; je recommande fortement !bien entendu on reviendra sans hésitation !
