IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a villa located in the South Ardèche, near the town centers of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, just an 8-minute drive and less than a 10-minute walk from the river.
We invite you to discover this beautifully appointed villa, accommodating up to eight people. You can enjoy a private swimming pool (5x9 meters, with a security alarm) with its inviting deck and peaceful surroundings. The house comprises a large living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own private bathroom. The property also includes a laundry room with a washing machine, a gas barbecue, and an outdoor dining area. TV, WIFI, FAN, and BABY KIT (travel cot, high chair) are included.
Be charmed by all the amenities of this villa and its surroundings. END-OF-STAY CLEANING, BED LINEN, and TOWELS are not included and are available as optional extras.
