Our Residence Villa Punta Amare is just a staircase length away from the marvelous Morcone Beach in the municipality of Capoliveri.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%, or we send a link with a discount code where guests can independently purchase tickets even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries. Among our offerings, we also provide a rental service for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates. The studio is located just 200 meters from the picturesque Morcone Beach in Capoliveri.

By descending a staircase, you can reach the beach in less than 10 minutes.

Linen rental is available at a cost of Euro 40 for the dobule bed linens and towels, on requested at least 7 days before arrival, delivery in Portoferraio. Pets allowed with an exta fee of 40 euro. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. BBQ area is shared with other customers and must be left clean after use.
