Attractive location, very handy for Falmouth town and harbour areas. Fairly quiet area and well maintained gardens. Double bed comfy and had summer duvet (4.5 tog) which was good. Good shower over bath ( but bathroom tired).

The place was great. The location was fantastic, just a few mins walk from town, even less to the harbour and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The pictures of the flat are a very fair representation and whilst it isn't the most modern looking, it does serve as a great base to explore Cornwall. Very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It is walkable to all of the beaches and is situated at the end of the high street in a private residential area on the sea. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need - we didn't find ourselves short of anything. I highly recommend this apartment for staying in Falmouth.
