1. Payment Methods: Payment by credit card is accepted (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional costs).
2. Cleaning Costs
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost of €325 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people in the middle of the stay for a cost of €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the second week for a cost of €325.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the second week), each costing €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the third week for a cost of €325.
3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (for those over 18 years old).
4. Low Season Supplements (from October to April)
- Stay of 1 month: Supplement of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.
- Stay of 1 week or less: Supplement of €300 per week for heating, electricity, and gas from October to March.
5. Supplement for Short Stays: Supplement of €250 for stays of 2 or 3 days that include New Year's Eve.
6. Late Arrival
- From 20:00 to 24:00 hours: Supplement of €45.
- After midnight: Supplement of €70.
- Sunday or holiday: €50.
7. Security Deposit: The deposit is €1000.

Beautiful house. The walk to the beach is about 30 minutes. Wonderfully equipped villa with lots of space and beautiful outdoor pool.

Really nice house with fantastic view and lovely pool!
Well equipped kitchen and bath rooms with hairdryer.
Its walking distance down to the city and also access to bus. Good information and quick respond from the manager. Can really recommend!

Had a wonderful first time in Sitges in this property. It is beautiful and quiet. Far from the core downtown but we managed to walk and / or use local cabs with no problem.
The pool was fantastic and relaxing.
