At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the following are the extra costs for each

1. Payment Methods: Payment by credit card is accepted (with a 3% surcharge) or by bank transfer (no additional costs).


2. Cleaning Costs
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost of €325 at the end of the stay.

- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours by 2 people in the middle of the stay for a cost of €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the second week for a cost of €325.

- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the second week), each costing €80. Full final cleaning at the end of the third week for a cost of €325.


3. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days (for those over 18 years old).


4. Low Season Supplements (from October to April)
- Stay of 1 month: Supplement of €800 per month for water, electricity, and gas costs based on actual consumption.

- Stay of 1 week or less: Supplement of €300 per week for heating, electricity, and gas from October to March.


5. Supplement for Short Stays: Supplement of €250 for stays of 2 or 3 days that include New Year's Eve.


6. Late Arrival
- From 20:00 to 24:00 hours: Supplement of €45.

- After midnight: Supplement of €70.

- Sunday or holiday: €50.


7. Security Deposit: The deposit is €1000.
