Cosy house with private swimming pool in Lloret de Mar, in a residential area and with capacity for up to 10 people.
This house is located in a quiet area near the town of Lloret de Mar, known for its wonderful beaches such as Cala Canyelles.
The house consists of a living-dining room (TV. Wi-Fi), kitchen open to the living room fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and with access to the outside area. In the main house there are 4 double bedrooms: 1 with double bed and bathroom en suite (shower), 1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with bunk beds. In addition, there is another small bathroom with shower. Outside there is a separate flat, with separate entrance, which has a spacious living room with a small breakfast area (small fridge), TV, plus a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a wonderful covered terrace, fully furnished, together with a wood-burning oven and a sitting area. Next, we find the swimming pool (9,4x4m), next to the barbecue and another chill-out area where you can relax after a long day in the sun.
Air conditioning and heating are optional. Price in case of use 15€/day....

Pets are not allowed.
Groups of young people are not accepted, the house is only rented to families.

Lo q más nos gustó la piscina.
La limpieza al entrar…no es normal q pagues un servicio de limpieza no precisamente barato para encontrar la casa así…la cocina daba miedo…armarios sin limpiar llenos de chorretones…., debajo de los sofás..se limpia también…y las colchas cubre camas sucias y viejas…no o puedes presentar una casa así!!!

Super gemütlich und lichtdurchflutet! Die Betten sind anders, und der Außenbereich ist perfekt für diese Sonnenuntergangsbilder, Nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, aber auch ruhig genug für etwas Frieden, Das WLAN war auch zum Streaming solide, 10/10 empfehlen!

Geräumige und komfortable Villa! Es war großartig, so viel Platz für alle zu haben, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass uns etwas fehlte, Die Lage ist ruhig, was wir sehr schätzten, Insgesamt eine solide Wahl für größere Gruppen
