Set on eight acres of land, our two bedroom Cottage is the perfect country escape.
Enter by a hallway which gives access to the living room and two bedrooms - one double and one twin.
The Living Room has a beautiful wood-burning stove.
There is a TV and CD player and a handful of DVDs and CDs for you to use. The Living Room also accommodates a table which sits four guests.

This isn’t a modern apartment – it’s a simple, homely space with an old-school charm that invites you to curl up with a book, light the fire, and take in the sounds of nature. Inside, you'll find a warm and welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, and a small collection of DVDs and CDs. A dining table seats four, and the adjoining kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a short stay – including hob, oven, microwave, fridge and a washing machine. There are two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with wardrobe space.
The toilet is separate from the bath/shower room, both located just off the kitchen. Step outside and you'll find a small private garden for cottage guests, plus access to a large, wild, forested area to explore – ideal for morning strolls or letting little ones roam free. While Parkmill Cottage sleeps up to 4, we’d say it’s best suited to couples, families with younger children, or anyone looking for a rustic getaway with bags of character.

A gorgeous wee house. Lovely surroundings- old railway bridge, river, alpacas, great part of the world. Very near bonnie St.Andrews. Perfect cosy stay for Christmas.

This is a great little cottage surrounded by beautiful country and just a short drive from St. Andrews. Water pressure in shower is a little challenging but a great place to stay.
