Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 180 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Carcassonne, which can accommodate up to 9 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a shower room and a 1,500 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 70 m² living room with sitting area, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Two separate WCs
First floor
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190) and single bed
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private, unheated 5X10m swimming pool open from May 1ᵉʳ to September 30.
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy fine weather
- 1,500 m² enclosed garden
The house is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you can enjoy a soccer pitch, pétanque and outdoor games.
Activities :
- Lake 100 m from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling and running.
- Golf course 10 minutes away.
- Sightseeing: Cité de Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Châteaux de Lastours, Grottes de Limousis, Gouffre de Cabrespine, Abbaye de Fontfroide...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
