This property has a full gas central heating and a wall mounted electric fire in the lounge area, to keep you cosy and warm during your stay. Staying here also allows you access to the private decking with a private hot tub As a self-catering, caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/freezer, a 5 ring hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an airfryer, a dishwasher and a microwave. The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers 2 smarr televisions and internet access. This caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. and a full ensuite In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds. The third bedroom also contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet a sink and a walk-in shower. Entertaintment/site passes, inen, towels, and an iron/ironing board are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free on-street parking parking facilities available at the property. We did enjoy our stay.The host was very welcoming and very responsive to a central heating issue during our stay.
Place was very clean and cosy, it has a see view and it was close to the beech and a local shops.

Hot tub was great, property was very clean and modern and perfect for our trip, the living room felt like a totally separate space so it was perfect for us. Easy to park and close to walk into Paignton. Really good value for money too!.

Everything about this caravan and host was perfect. Communication, location and cleanliness we couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return again.
