Green Cottage is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and seating for six guests, and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, twin, and child's bunk bed, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for one car, with further roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop, 1.1 miles a pub, 0.8 miles a beach and 0.1 miles a river. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking.
