Remote work possible. Marinou's cottage welcomes you to the outskirts of Toulouse (11km from the city center), on the road to Albi (67km) and bordering a fishing lake and a park.
The Calicéo wellness center and a golf course are 3km away. This small house, adjoining an osteopath's office and close to the road, offers a pleasant family or business stay.
Whether in the morning sun or under the shade, you can enjoy the enclosed garden for relaxation or meals on the terrace. Single-story cottage (one step at the entrance): open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, one bedroom (one single bed, 90cm) with direct access to the garden, two adjoining bedrooms (one double bed, 140cm) and one with two single beds, shower room/WC. Gas central heating.
Non-smoking property.
Shared parking area with the owners. WORK FROM HOME: a desk, chair, and lamp are provided (power outlet nearby for a laptop; extension cord and power strip available upon request), high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), and 4G mobile phone coverage (Free network). NO CAR: from Toulouse airport or train station, you can reach the cottage by public transport! From the airport, you must take the tram (line T2), get off at the terminus of metro line B (Borderouge), take bus line 73 and get off at the Tamaris stop (1 hour journey); from Matabiau train station, take bus line L9 to the Saint-Caprais stop, then take bus line 73 to the Tamaris stop (40 minutes journey).

Très bon accueil et gite conforme à la description. Proche de Toulouse et de toutes les activités. Une bonne surprise , climatisation installée depuis qq semaines. Les propriétaires sont bienveillants avec des petites douceurs et des produits du jardin... très bonne semaine reposante

Bon accueil de la propriétaire avec plein de petites intentions à mon arrivée.Pas eu le temps de profiter pleinement de la location étant dans la famille juste à coté pour ce court séjour.En plus indéniable, la climatisation surtout par forte chaleur.J'y retournerai régulièrement.

Séjour en Saintonge
Gîte très bien placé pour la visite de Toulouse et ses environs.Nous étions accompagnés de notre chien et la proximité d'un lieu de promenade en traversant simplement la rue était inespéré en zone urbaine.Le gîte est extrêmement calme et bien équipé. De plus les propriétaires sont présents et à l'écoute tout en restant discrets.En résumé: excellent séjour.
