Spanning four levels, Solstice Beach House has plenty of space for eight guests, with contemporary decor and luxurious living areas creating a wonderful retreat for holidays with family and friends.
The first two floors have four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and three doubles. Two family bathrooms are also found on these floors ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The third floor hosts an open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for socialising, complete with high spec features and fitting, and there’s access to a balcony with sea views where you can enjoy drinks in the fresh sea air. The top floor offers a stylish living room with three sofas and a large Smart TV as well as a second balcony for sunset watching.
With Tolcarne Beach just 300 meters away and Great Western and Newquay Beach nearby, this holiday home is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sand and surf. A short distance away you’ll find a host of family-friendly attractions too including the Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, while the harbour, Fistral Beach and Newquay’s fabulous eateries are all easily reached by car.

This was such an incredible place to stay. It’s so close to the beach and town and so was very easy to get around. The property itself is beautiful and the host was very attentive and was so proactive with communication. The TV was a great addition and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, which is fab for a holiday cottage. Overall, cannot recommend it enough and would love to be back.
