However, for your convenience, our agency can provide you with a portable Wi-Fi router, allowing you to enjoy an internet connection during your stay (browsing, working remotely).

• Week: €25

• Towel Kit (includes 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel): €7.00
• Pool Towel: €6.00
• Bath Mat: €4.00
• Kitchen Towel Kit (includes 2 kitchen towels, 40x40cm): €4.00
Setup Fees:
Setup per single bed: €5.00
Setup per double bed: €8.00
If you wish to rent one or more kits, please inform us at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival.
RULES – WASTE MANAGEMENT
Apartments without a garbage room
This accommodation does not have a garbage room.
Tenants are required to dispose of their waste in the designated public containers in Le Touquet:
household waste,
recyclable packaging, and
glass.
No waste should be left in the apartment or in the common areas.
Any deposit of glass or abandonment of waste in the apartment or common areas will result in a €150 fee.

Malgré une odeur désagréable dans les toilettes et un entretien qui pourrait être amélioré, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement de l’appartement, sa belle vue ainsi que la facilité de stationnement grâce au parking situé dans le bâtiment voisin.

les couverts n'étaient pas qualitatifs, et le joint de la paroi de douche doit être refait pour éviter les fuites.
Emplacement et vue incroyable sur tout le Touquet.
La place de parking est très appréciée.
Appartement bien équipé et bien agencé
Les deux entrées de la résidence sont un plus : vers la ville sans marches (parfait pour les poussettes ou PMR), et vers la plage avec escalier.

Très bel appartement avec une vue incroyable sur la mer comme sur la ville. Confortable et spacieux, avec un parking qui est un vrai plus. Bien équipé et fonctionnel. Immeuble calme.
La réception des clés se fait très facilement, l’agence est disponible, à l’écoute et facilitante.
