Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the external temperature exceeds 15°C or if the internal temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not active if the external temperature drops below 25°C or if the internal temperature reaches or falls below 23°C). Beautiful new place in perfect location! Host was hard to communicate with. Instructions need to be made more clear and expect it to be hot when you get there and air to a while to cool it. Place was worth it, but would be nice to fix those things as it’s an elite place.
