The property needs some TLC - paintwork needs renewing and marks on the walls, toilet upstairs leaking onto the floor when flushed. The bannister came off in our hands out of the wall!! Which was dangerous, the location was not in a very pleasant neighbourhood and as we were 2 ladies on our own we felt very vulnerable at night and didn’t leave the house at night.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, modern fittings, uncluttered and comfortable.
We had a problem on arrival and contacted the host who did everything they could to sort out the issue promptly and to make it up to us.

Had a lovely stay, was in a convenient location for Leamington Spa and Warwick. Rooms were comfortable and living space was nice. The kitchen was a nice space but lacked some equipment.
