It is situated in the quiet village of Ouston, 5 minutes from the A1 and only 10 minutes from Gateshead, Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham with both bus and train links nearby.
It is a self contained flat with all home comforts (washing machine, fridge, fitted kitchen, 55in TV & Wifi), with extra sleeping availability in a sumptuous pull out double bed in the living room, for two extra guests (4 in total). Guest access Guests have sole access to ALL area of this ground floor apartment including private entrance, driveway parking and all grass and garden areas around the building. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Location and facilities were exactly what we required. The place was immaculate and well equipped. It was a good centre to visit Durham and Northumbria. Plenty on offer!
