This chalet is part of a group of 61 homes called "Village Nordique," located about 500 meters south of the center of the La Féclaz resort and 300 meters from the nearest alpine or cross-country ski slopes.

This detached chalet is set on a plot of about 500 m², in a quiet area, with a terrace and south-facing windows.

With a living area of 50 m² over two levels, it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor: - An entrance area for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.) - A living/dining room with television and a sofa bed - A kitchen area equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, and electric coffee maker - Table and chairs for 4 to 6 people - A bathroom and a toilet Upstairs: - One bedroom with a double bed - One bedroom with two single beds side by side and a play area Bed linen is not included in the rental. The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets, and pillows for 4 people.

Car access near the chalet is only allowed for loading and unloading.

Long-term parking must be on the main road's parking lot. During the summer season, you may access the private pool of the Village Nordique for an extra fee.

This outdoor pool, with treated and heated water, is fenced and closed outside opening hours according to regulations.

The depth varies from 1 to 2.5 meters.

The pool is not supervised; children may only swim under the responsibility of their parents. The accommodation is not officially classified.
