Welcome to your pied-à-terre in Nice, very close to the city centre in the Quartier des Fleurs - Gambetta,
This pretty flat is ideal for a family or couple stay, the flat is composed of a Mezzanine with a bed in the living room, and a separate bedroom.
The flat is located on the top floor with lift of a magnificent Palais Bourgeois.
It is arranged as follows
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer & Nespresso coffee machine in particular,
- A lounge area with Tv, free WiFi connection & sofa, a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed
- & a dining area
- A bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- A separate shower room with wc, washbasin & shower.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee). The products available to you are indeed welcome products, to enable you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the duration of your stay.
The flat is a 1-minute walk from the "Alsace Lorraine" tram stop in the city centre, but also a 7-minute walk from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.
You will be one kilometre from Nice-Ville train station. From the airport, just take tram line 2 towards Port Lympia, stop at Alsace Lorraine station (less than 25 minutes' journey) and walk to the flat in just 1 minute.
