In the countryside, 41m² apartment on the ground floor of the owners' villa, next to the gîte 25631, in an enclosed property. It is composed as follows:

- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm with adjoining and open shower room/WC
Access to the property is via a concrete track downhill of about fifteen meters. Access to the apartment is via a staircase going down along the house then a small staircase going up to the terrace.
- 50m² terrace shared with gîte 25631, which can be separated by a roller blind
- 500m² stepped garden shared with the other rental and the owners
- Gym shared with gîte 25631: bike, elliptical bike, weight bench, pull-up bar... and Bluetooth speaker
