The home is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and upscale appliances (Cuisinart toaster oven/airfryer, convection oven, espresso machine, coffee maker, Ninja blender, all new knives and pots/pans). Even tall vessels travel quickly between the Ocean and Florida Bay using the drawbridge just 1000 yards from the dock.
