This 400-square-meter villa, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is perfect for groups or families, allowing you to experience authentic Rome amidst the silence and sunsets. The private garden features a veranda, barbecue, and wood-fired oven for relaxing moments.
Immersed in tranquility, located between the sea at Ostia (7 km) and the center of Rome, the villa is the ideal choice for those who want to unwind without sacrificing the opportunity to explore the city.
The space
The villa is ideal for groups of up to 13 people and offers the following spaces:
Basement: An area dedicated to games and relaxation, equipped with a sofa bed and bathroom, perfect for children or for spending pleasant evenings together.
Ground floor: A spacious living room, a kitchen with a large dining table, an air-conditioned double bedroom with a private bathroom, and a guest bathroom. The entire floor is fully air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort.
First floor: Three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace with a table, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
Attic: An intimate and welcoming space featuring a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, and an extra single bed.
The villa's garden, perfect for al fresco dining, features a covered patio, a large outdoor table, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing summer evenings.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with appliances and utensils: an electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, American-style refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, four-burner stovetop, pots and pans, baking sheets, oil, salt and pepper, dishes, and tablecloths.

This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.
