The jewel of the house is its large terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for outdoor meals, breakfasts with a sea breeze or evenings under the stars. It also has a private garden and a 6x4 metre swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.



Comfort and functionality inside

The villa has 4 bedrooms in total (the fourth bedroom is accessed through the outside of the main house, down some stairs) and 2 complete bathrooms (one with bathtub in the main house and another with shower in the annex where the fourth bedroom is located). The independent, modern and fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. The air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, together with the heat pump heating, ensure a pleasant climate at any time of the year.



Ideal location for exploring the area

Situated in a quiet residential area, the house is just 1 km from the sandy beach of Alcanada and 300 metres from the picturesque rocky cove of Cala Poncet. Nearby you will find a golf course, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and a bus stop, allowing you to move easily without a car.

💡 Important note on electricity consumption
In order to respect the environment and to encourage a responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

- A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, to be paid at the end of the stay.

- A refundable deposit is charged.

- Parties are not allowed.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outside area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or close to nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.
