Alcúdia is located on a peninsula in the north of Mallorca, between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcúdia, the longest beach on the island. This charming village lies between the natural park of S'Albufera and the mountains of Sa Victòria. In the nearby Port of Alcúdia you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, leisure activities and water sports.

In order to respect the environment and to promote a responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

- A charge of 0.47 Eur/kwh for electricity consumption will be applied, to be paid at the end of the stay.

- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outside area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
