The apartment covers a total area of 100 m2, spread over the ground floor and first floor.
It can accommodate 4+2 people, with two spacious bedrooms, both featuring double beds (180x200 cm).
Each room has a wardrobe, air conditioning, and a TV.
The living room is modernly furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, including a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Cleaning supplies and an iron are also provided.
The apartment has one bathroom and an additional toilet.
