House was in a fabulous location a few short minutes from the beach and 8 minutes to the bars/restaurants of east Witterings. House was immaculate and had all that we needed. The games cupboard was impressive! Our only complaint would be the 10am check out time - far too early.

Very nice, modern, well located property for all nearby attractions etc.
Spotlessly clean, and well appointed.
Check in process and communication with owners was excellent.
The beds were not that comfortable, and could maybe do with some attention (mattresses), but that was the only downside to an otherwise very nice stay.
Would recommend.
