While there may be the some inherent living noise on occasion, the annexe has a separate entrance, garden and parking space and your privacy will be respeacted. â SET UP FOR FAMILIES â The bunk beds are for children, as is the trundle, so a max of 4 adults and 2 children please. â ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION â If your preferred dates are taken or traveling in a larger group, you'll be happy to know that we offer additional unique homes in the West Sussex area.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and cosy property in an excellent location for exploring the local area. Communication was great and instructions clear.The wood burner was a real treat, great showers and comfy beds. We had a wonderful time away and look forward to returning soon

Our family enjoyed a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in beautiful Bosham. The property is part of a larger house but remains peaceful and quiet. The interior is well designed and very tastefully decorated. It has great facilities and is well set up for children.
