This newly renovated holiday home spans two floors and offers ample space for up to 6 people on 100 m² of living area.
In the cozy living room, you can relax and unwind at the end of the day in a pleasant atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: in addition to a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, and oven, you will also find a kettle, toaster, and a filter coffee machine.
The house has three bedrooms located upstairs: one room with a double bed and two rooms with two single beds each – ideal for families or groups.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers ensure comfort and convenience.
During the summer months, the garden invites you to enjoy relaxing barbecues.
A free parking space is available directly in front of the house.
Free Wi-Fi will also be available from June.
Please note that pets are not allowed.

Nestled in an idyllic garden and situated quietly on the outskirts of the village, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers.
The house is located in the charming Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape – just 200 meters from the Spree Cycle Path and about 8 km from the historic town of Bautzen.
Thanks to the excellent transport links (only 8 km to the motorway), you can enjoy both the tranquility of nature and quick access to regional sights and recreational activities.
A special plus for families: a public children's playground right in front of the house invites children to romp and play.
We look forward to welcoming you as our guests! A prepayment of 25% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is due on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
In case of non-arrival, the full price will be due.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM to 7 PM.
Departure is possible between 8 AM and 11 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon agreement.
Please contact us in good time if necessary to make arrangements.
Key handover is done in person on-site or via a key box.
You will receive the code for this in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
