Simply cross the street, follow the stairs, and discover one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava. GROUND FLOOR The ground floor features an open-plan living space, including two cozy seating areas, a Smart TV, and a fireplace.
There is direct access to the garden, equipped with sun loungers, a parasol, and a covered porch with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
A separate dining room overlooks the living area.
There is also a guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR The villa has four comfortable double bedrooms: - Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). - Second bedroom with a double bed. - Third bedroom with two single beds. - Fourth bedroom with two single beds. - A second bathroom is located in the hallway (shower). All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, are equipped with air conditioning (with a heating option for cooler seasons). ACCESS TO PRIVATE CLUB – Pool, Tennis, and More During your stay, enjoy complimentary access to the bay's private club, located just a 2-minute walk from the villa.
The club offers a large swimming pool and a children's pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a children's play area.
Additionally, you will receive a remote control for free parking in a fenced outdoor car park, located directly in front of the villa. BEACH AND SURROUNDINGS The stunning Cala Sant Francesc beach is only a 4-minute walk away and features a sandy shore with crystal-clear waters, water activities, and the beachfront restaurant "Cala Bona," famous for its paella and seafood.

Es ist eine große Überraschung am Meer. Es ist sehr nah am Strand. Der Raum ist sehr groß, mit allem, was Sie brauchen, Klimaanlage, Parkplatz und einer extrem schönen Aussicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, dass wir so einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen durften.

Bonita casa donde inmediatamente te sientes cómodo. Fue agradable que la playa estuviera cerca y que la piscina no estuviera en la propiedad, sino ubicada a pocos minutos de la casa. La naturaleza y la zona son realmente hermosas👍
