Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von der mangelnden Kommunikation seitens der Hausverwaltung. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, im Voraus über die Bauarbeiten nebenan und den WLAN-Ausfall informiert zu werden. Wir mussten selbst alle E-Mails verfassen, um nachzufragen.

Property was fine. Disappointed by the garbled communication with the property manager. We should have been told in advance about the construction in the neighboring property and the planned WiFi outage. We had to initiate all communication with the property manager.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the property manager. We do wish we had been informed in advance of the construction next door and of the outage of the WiFi. We had to generate all the email asking what was going on.
