Tucked away in the heart of Sheringham, Branthan Cottage is a delightful 18th‑century Norfolk flint cottage—cosy, compact, and full of character.
Thoughtfully styled with a gentle coastal theme, it’s the perfect bolthole for couples looking to enjoy everything this vibrant seaside town has to offer.
You couldn’t be better placed—Sheringham’s award‑winning beach is just a short wander away, and the town’s independent shops, cafés, and restaurants are right on your doorstep.
A perfect base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Ground floor: Entrance door to lobby/staircase with door leading into Lounge/diner: Smart TV, sofa and table with 4 chairs, door to Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, microwave, larder fridge only (no freezer), washing machine.
Door to: downstairs WC. Norfolk Winder staircase (please note narrow and quite steep) First floor: Double bedroom: with double bed and fitted wardrobes and Bunk bedroom: (children under 10 years old only) with wardrobe.
Bathroom: with shower attachment over bath, WC and wash basin. Please note: Outside: small courtyard with garden table and chairs.
Amenities: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels.
WiFi. 1 well behaved small dog welcome £20.00 per week.
This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.

Everything ok for a short stay, we could see an do all with Branthan Cottage as a base. It was clean and tidy and all amenities worked. Very helpful at Keyes in the office to help organise the trip.
