It is wonderful to stay in this detached villa 'La Mariposa' with private pool (5x10) intergraded jacuzzi and 20 meters from the sea the 'Mar Menor'.
Enjoy lounging on the terrace, wake up in the morning with the rising sun overlooking the sea, or have a nice lunch in the adjacent restaurant or in the restaurant of the nearby marina.
Everything is possible.
As tenants of this house you can also make free use of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf and table tennis, all of which are less than a minute's walk from the house. There is also a field for playing football and basketball.

In 'Estrella de Mar' there are several restaurants and there is a supermarket 1.5 km from the house. Several large supermarkets (including Dia, Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour), shops and entertainment centers can be found in the nearby village of 'Los Alcazares' about 15 minutes drive away.
Of course there are many places of interest nearby such as the cities of Murcia, Cartagena, Torreveiga, Alicante.
The AP7 motorway is 10 minutes from the house and Alicante airport is an hour's drive away.
