Uttied = Time Out! Right on the shores of Plauer See, your yearning for the lake will be satisfied by families, water sports enthusiasts, cyclists, and fans of magnificent sunsets.
The house offers space for 4 people (even 6 with the sofa bed) across approximately 80 square meters of living space.
On the approximately 400 square meter property, you can enjoy the unobstructed lake view from the large terrace after an eventful day, experience dreamlike sunsets, barbecue, or spend convivial game nights.
There are sufficient parking spaces for cars and boat trailers.
Spend a wonderful time out here, whether in the garden, in front of the crackling fireplace in the living room, on the covered balcony, on the beach, or on the water.
Experience the unique atmosphere around Plauer See and the Fleesensee region, which invites you to cycle, boat, enjoy water sports, golf, and hike.
You have the jetty and slipway right in front of you and could bring your own boat.
However, the guest berth is only available for an additional charge! You can play golf at Land Fleesensee.
The holiday home Uttied has its own mooring on the jetty, which you are welcome to rent additionally (i.e., for an extra charge) if you wish to bring your own boat. ---------------------------------------- Tourist tax applies: Depending on the season and age or severe disability, up to EUR 2.50 per day/person. Optional: - Laundry set (bed linen and towel sets): EUR 35,- per person/stay - Firewood (set with kindling and lighter): EUR 11,- per unit - Guest berth for your own boat with additional rental upon agreement (boat length) and only per booked travel duration (start and end with check-in and check-out) as well as an additional processing fee (also for slipway) over EUR 20,- and a separate key deposit. - Use of the slipway per use: EUR 10,-; this is waived when booking a berth. Included: - Heating, gas, water, electricity, parking space, internet usage
