This cosy flat is the perfect place for a family holiday or a holiday with friends in the charming town of Albufeira. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child).
The flat has an entrance hall, 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Kitchen equipped with hob and oven, fridge-freezer, water heater, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and hand blender.
The dining/living room has a dining table and chairs, a TV and a sofa bed for 1 child, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In addition, the flat has fans in both bedrooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture, a shower and a barbecue.
The location is excellent, just 550 metres from Praia dos Alemães and close to various supermarkets, restaurants and tourist attractions. There is also a children's playground and mini golf nearby.
It should also be noted that this flat is a 6-minute walk from the bar street in Oura and a 15-minute walk from downtown Albufeira.
The car park is free and on the public road next to the building.
